Emily 's my secret weapon. If I Have to be at a function or just need a confidence boost she can take my look from lame to fame in one stop. She does my hair and make up with perfection to go out and make a statement. I've been a client for almost 11 years, and I am certainly not going anywhere!

Thank you for a wonderful job on both the bride and groom and of course, Luke's Mom. Alexis's hair was absolutely beautiful all day and night. As you can see from the photos, even with the dancing and going between the hotel, Bloedel Conservatory and Sequoia Grill with stops at the Lions Gate Bridge and downtown for photos, her hair was still perfectly in place late in the evening.
Thank you again!!! The convenience of having you come to the hotel and the care and attention to ensure the styles not looked gorgeous but stayed that way for the day was so appreciated. I had the same hair dresser for 19 years; I loved her. Then, she went on maternity leave and I had the task of finding a new hairdresser, one that I could trust with a pair of scissors in their hand and my hair at their disposal.
Emily came highly recommended to me, and I knew the first time I went to her that she had changed my hair styling life. I never realized how good my hair could be until i went to Emily and told her "I'm bored, it's either a new tattoo or a new haircut."
Every time I go in, she gives me a haircut that makes me feel fantastic and since I met her I haven't gotten another tattoo. That means wonders. I never knew I would find such a great hairdresser this early in my life, and I'm planning to win the lottery so I can pay for her to follow me wherever I end up.

Although I'm Canadian from Vancouver, I live in Los Angeles which is the capitol of GREAT hairdressers. But, I hold off getting my haircut while in L.A. so that when I venture to Vancouver I can see Emily to keep my hair looking like it needs to. She always gives me the right advice and styling. Every five or six weeks I stumble through Emily's door, my bangs impeding my vision, unattractive grey roots adding a decade to my age and my self confidence at a low ebb. Ninety minutes later I emerge a goddess, my head of shining red hair held high. In the intervening time I have had a dynamite scalp massage, lots of cheery conversation including an update on Emily's love life, (which is a lot more exciting than mine), and maybe a glass of wine. With no input from me, Emily consistently gives me a fabulous cut, colour with no surprises and has me out on the street in an hour and a half. She is definitely worth crossing The Bridge for.

Emily has been styling my hair since I moved to Vancouver 2 years ago. She came highly recommended and for good reason. She is amazing! She takes the time to discuss with me what I want and after 2 years I trust her completely. Every time I leave the salon I feel like a million bucks - really! Emily has been styling and colouring for the past six years, and I have never left the salon not loving my hair. I, like many, am very picky about my hair. Before Emily started styling my hair I was going to one of the most prestigious salons in Vancouver and was still not truly impressed with the stylists. Emily gives me great colour and hair styles time after time; I am constantly being asked where I get my hair done! The best part about it is that Emily is such an outstanding hair cutter, that I don't need to fuss with a lot of styling in the morning to make the cut look like I just walked out of the salon! We were fortunate to have Emily be the hair stylist for my daughter's (Heather) wedding. Emily cheerfully came to our home with all her supplies and wonderful attitude. Emily designed a beautiful up do for the bride. From there she created a similar style for the four attendants. Wedding guests complimented me on my hairstyle throughout the wedding-a wonderful feeling for the mother of the bride. Emily produced a beautiful 'do' for my funky aunt. Last but certainly not least, Emily added to the groom's (Greg) good looks by giving him a great stylin' haircut a few days prior to the great event.

I remember the first time I met Emily. I was going to do a show with a band, and one of the promoters, Sue Bailey (Freedom To Groove), suggested that I go see Emily to get my hair done for the show. I made an appointment with Emily the next morning. Emily worked with my hair and I never thought my hair would look that amazing! She made sure every single layer was perfect and that it worked with my very stubborn hair line, and she did not let me leave until it was perfect.
That was three and half years ago, Emily has been taking care of my hair ever since. Recently I had her do my makeup and hair for a photo shoot I was doing for promoting my album. She once again re-invented my look! Thanks Em!!!
