Achieving Victoria Bekham's New Hair Style

Victoria Bekham's modern twist on the graduated bob has spawned a revitalization of this 1920s & 1960s hair style. We'll be seeing many variations of the bob this season, but Victoria's is number one because it's flattering for most face shapes, it's funky & cute, and can be styled to create different looks.
Victoria's hair is cut to the hairline at the nape of her neck with short layers in the back, graduating to longer layers in the front, the longest piece reaching her chin, providing for a dramatic effect. Victoria's hair is also cut asymetrically so that it's longer one side, and she usually wears the other side tucked behind her ear. For a more versatile cut, I would leave long pieces on both sides of the face, and you can still achieve the same look just by tucking one side behind your ear.
To style this haircut, you need to blow dry the hair as straight as possible and then flat iron the long pieces in the front. If you want to use product in your hair I would recommend using volumizer (I would recommend Pureology Root Lift) before blow drying.
